Hi  Folks,

             My name is Kris Myers. I am born in raised in the great state of West Virginia. My wife and I currently reside in Leon and in October of 2008, our first child Kayden  was born.

             As an avid hunter, angler, and trapper, I have combined my passion for the outdoors with my passion for arts.  Outside of taxidermy, we spend a lot of time with our family and friends .

             In 2006 I received a Bachelors degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources from West Virginia University. This has allowed me to gain knowledge of animals not only on the basis of appearance, but also the basis of anatomy. Knowing how an animal moves and functions is a key part in making your mount look as realistic as possible.

             I studied under Dan Rinehart, 3 time winner in the fish category at the International  Taxidermy Championships, and received instruction from him in both game head and fish taxidermy.

             Kris and Erika are proud members of the West Virginia Taxidermy Association and Kris is currently serving as a board member for the organization.
